I was there as an accompanying person. The staff in the x-ray was totally unfriendly and rough. They were not interested in the patient at all. They pulled and ripped on an injured man without giving any information. The only words that came from the staff were offensive.

I felt the nursing staff was impersonal, lacking empathy, except for a learning nurse. No asking about my wellbeing. Night nurse excepted. Unfortunately, I had the direct comparison with Laufenburg, where I was operated in Nov.17.
