Anesthesiologists behaved arrogantly, insulting and disrespecting the patient's wishes. Surgery was good. Care is sometimes overwhelmed, hygiene (cleanliness of the bathroom and boxes) is inadequate and a scandal for a private clinic. The food was OK, no service outside meal times.

My father (78) was advised to undergo a double bypass operation on his heart. He and his relatives were told that it was a routine operation. He died 2 days after the operation from septic shock/multiple organ failure. In less than 3 weeks he would have become a grandfather....

Cleanliness is not respected at all. The cleaning staff is simply a disgrace and not worthy of a private clinic. Without my intervention, the toilet and the sink would have been cleaned with the same cloth.

The operation on the spinal cord was a success! The two Drs., Prof. R. Bernays and Dr. Ch. Woernle, took ample time before the operation to explain to me the options I had and afterwards about the healing process.
I did feel to be in very competent hands and experienced professionals.
