My resident was transferred to the hospital. We were never informed, if we hadn't called them we wouldn't have found out he had died.

In the ER. Painkillers ran on the mattress, the saline solution ran on the floor despite changing the infusion needle twice. Never received the medicines to take home. The worst came at the end when I asked what was going to happen with the infusions, the answer was "nothing, you pay enough insurance tax
