on 15. July had surgery on my back. Room 209. Would always go back. I've already seen many hospitals from the inside in my life. The Spital Bethanien is the best of all. Best doctors, nursing staff, service staff, restaurant. Simply great. Courteous.

Had to spend the night in the surveillance department after a major surgery because of problems, was brought to the ward the next day and immediately asked when I would go home, although the doctor had prescribed a stay of 7-10 days. The answer was that the clinic needed the room.
About the surgery:
Knee prosthesis, drug intolerance, anesthesiologist did not care that I had opium intolerance, so I had big problems - she was told several times.
Staff in most cases did not use the disinfection by the door, towels in the bathroom hang above the toilet flush.

Doctors and nurses very competent and above average attentive, I felt at any time in good hands and everyone took a lot of time. I can definitely recommend the hospital. The on site restaurant gets top marks from me! I can only say THANK YOU Bethanien.

My satisfaction is exclusively limited to the excellent surgeon and his team, but not to the house. Bethanien is clumsily organized and profit optimization is quickly recognized. (The relic from bygone times, Maybach, is of no use either ..)
