A clinic that doesn't want to take any patient concerns seriously...they don't offer any solutions and the room allocation is left to chance, whether you have half-board or general insurance...very sparse and no longer up-to-date, room with no atmosphere and certainly not 4 stars!

There were contradicting statements from the sleep clinic. Except for the painting therapy, I didn't feel that I was being taken seriously. It was exhausting and I had to relax at home with 3 children and the overwhelmed husband. Still exhausted from that stay

Reception was great, room nice, view top. Food was very good, after a while, however, monotonous, super service. The allocation of the therapist can be both lucky as well as unlucky. Personally, I was lucky and was mostly satisfied.

In front of the clinic, smoking patients stand in groups in the so-called smoking area. The preliminary talk costs the highest chargeable rate. It made me not to start the stay because there is no therapy offered for my diagnosis. They didn't tell me that beforehand!

Don't go when depressed. Never come in at the end of the week.
Room furnishings not up-to-date, infrastructure prevents health-promoting contacts with fellow patients. Standardized, not tailored to individual needs. Reception staff need a crash course in communicating with people in crisis.

They have optimized their processes to such an extent that they could just as easily replace the staff with robots - you can spend days in your bed without anyone caring about you.

Painting therapy keeps being fully booked, music therapist sick... and really: is there no legal service required in a burn-out clinic? Is it enough when patients realize "their part of the problem" and learn to define themselves as a case?
