The patient feedback therefore does not influence the scores or the ranking of the hospitals / clinics on our leaderboards. Works like an industrial company. Very reactionary behavior towards patients and relatives in the closed wards. All in all just old fashioned, should be closed. Cell phones are taken away from patients, for example, and they are denied contact with their trusted person and relatives.

For me personally, this was absolutely the wrong place. I stopped after almost 10 days because nobody took care of me after a week. I had neither an appointment with a psychiatrist nor with any other contact person. Was totally ignored. It smelled pretty bad in the rooms!

I went to the Zugersee Clinic because of depression. I had exactly one session with my psychologist a week. Nobody can take that seriously. I had more free time than therapy and our health insurance pays for that! I can only say I would not recommend the clinic to anyone.

Unfortunately, you will only get sicker if you have to stay there for longer.
