Bright rooms, fine food. The nursing care however leaves a lot to be desired. Help is offered hesitantly or even refused, for sometimes unacceptable reasons. Polite and accommodating manners were rare among caregivers. Stagnant flow of information between doctor and patient

Was treated as an outpatient in the hospital for three days. But did not get the exact result of the exams. The case was closed, although values were still missing. Referred to the family doctor, who was not present. Repeated phone calls because of the incomplete report. No Answer.

Emergency treatment. Didn't feel that I was being taken seriously, despite the pain, and I was sent back home without a diagnosis. Incredible this happens in Switzerland with such high health insurance premiums.
