Treating my mother with an artificial urine outlet. Relatived have never been informed on time about the interventions. It had to be asked again and again

About the surgery:

During the operation on the kidney for the outlet, we as relatives had the feeling that the apprentice would perform the surgery. it had to be repeated. as if my mother was a guinea pig for the doctors. Fortunately, she did not die during the interventions.

This experience concerns only the polyclinic in Haus ARA: I was not taken seriously, my complaints were dismissed and after 5 minutes of consultation I was told "yes, we don't know how we can help you either, we're sorry, just go to your family doctor"

Wrong diagnosis and wrong treatment. Instead of taking me seriously as a patient, these hospital staff blindly follow the propaganda from the Menstrem. This has nothing to do with medical care. Never will go there again.

2 hours of waiting in the ER for 5 minutes of treatment. There was only writing down and the diagnosis was made without examination of the patient. A package of pills and goodbye. No discussion about pain and the associated concerns. The doctor was very unfriendly.
