The operation is difficult to assess; it appears to be of little use, although the surgeon is certainly competent. Care was poor - apart from three extremely committed nurses - most were rushed, and some very incompetent and negligent.

As a privately insured patient, you notice nothing of your higher status. Confusion with the private food from the restaurant. Care ok but under time pressure. Noisy at night.
