A total of 25,631 patients gave their opinion. 9 clinics achieved significantly above-average results, including Clinica Viarnetto in Pregassona, which has the best score in Switzerland, and the larger Réseau fribourgeois de santé mentale - RFSM in Fribourg. Among the specialised clinics, the Clinique Belmont in Geneva and the entero Klinik, Entzug in Neuenhof stand out.
It is noticeable that most of the top positions are occupied by clinics in French and Italian-speaking cantons. 5 clinics are well below the average.
