Idyllically located, suitable for geriatric treatments and cures, but completely unsuitable for complex illnesses. The interpretation of symptoms was inadequate, and follow-up after treatment changes was inadequate. Consequently, an emergency transfer to another hospital was necessary.

Our son was taken to Riggisberg Hospital as an emergency and had to/was allowed to stay there overnight. It was more than impressive how competently and empathetically they acted. Collaboration at its best. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the doctors and the entire team.

Today I went to Riggisberg hospital with ear problems. After a long wait and unmotivated staff (could hear the scolding about their employees in the waiting room), they sent me home with ear drops and an injection. Which of course didn't help me.
