We do not offset patient ratings entered online with other quality indicators. The patient feedback therefore does not influence the scores or the ranking of the hospitals / clinics on our leaderboards. Was on an emergency with my son after a bicycle fall. He was treated quickly and very professionally at the same time. All employees were super nice and accommodating! This gave him and me a good feeling in particular. Thank you so much for tending to the broken bone!

Unfortunately, in the last two years I had to go to the SRO a couple of times for a week each time. I can only recommend it. The doctors and nurses work with a lot of passion in the emergency department as well as on the wards. The aftercare is also great.

Not taken seriously, after my 12-year-old daughter fell, neither the daughter nor the parents were taken seriously.
My daughter has suffered permanent damage and can no longer be as athletic as before, they didn't do what they could.

Employees are colder than a piece of ice. Not friendly at all. They pretend, but you can tell it doesn't come from the heart! If you call in an emergency, you are usually turned away! I'm really speechless! I've never seen anything like that!
