I was treated very professionally from start to finish. Although the doctors said my shoulder mobility might be a little reduced after the surgery, I have regained full mobility. Shoulder feels great to this day. Never dislocated again. Thank you!

I am 100 percent satisfied. The only point of criticism: Preliminary talk with the surgeon: He avoids eye contact, speaks coolly and routinely without empathy. A communication course could help to optimize these preliminary discussions.

Emergency children: One MPA ok, the other disrespectful & insensitive. I didn't feel at all in good hands with my child. Doctor very unfriendly & ZERO empathy. She went on until my child had to vomit, didn't help with the cleaning and wanted to continue with the screaming child

As a patient, you don't feel in good hands and rather as a burden for the staff. There wasn't much going on in the emergency room (about 1/3 occupied), no emergencies by rescue service. More than 4 hours waiting and treatment time. One nurse was really rude and disrespectful. Hospital in bad conditions
