Incompetence and ignorance across the board, especially KSB Physiotherapy, are all cheeky, incompetent and impertinent bunch!!

Despite a life-threatening illness, my brother was sent home. He died from complications at home.

About the surgery:

Dialysis shunt had to be placed. The first operation was unsuccessful and had to be touched up. 2x general anesthesia because they weren't able to do it right the first time.

I was referred to the Kantonsspital by my family doctor after an accident. I had to explain my medical history to two rather arrogant female doctors, despite a detailed letter from my doctor. Ther were also snappish comments about my family doctor....
