We do not offset patient ratings entered online with other quality indicators. The patient feedback therefore does not influence the scores or the ranking of the hospitals / clinics on our leaderboards. Does not do justice to rehab, doctors are seldom with the patients, do not know the files, do not listen and are very reluctant to adjust programs. You feel more enclosed and patronized, are often woken up at night by the nursing staff and the rehab is harmful to the psyche.

Unfortunately, I was not taken seriously. I have Multiple sclerosis. Often they did not even properly know about the disease. A therapist told me that one doesnt know what to do with me at all. When I had a fever it was not taken seriously by the nurses. Shame!!!!

Reception of visitors worse than in Russia. As soon as you want to visit a patient without registering (also outdoors) you will be turned away by incompetent supervisors. Is this in the best interests of the patient? I think the clinic management should reconsider this nonsensical treatment of visitors.
