Assessments with the label «verified rating» have been confirmed by the patient with a mobile number. This gives you greater trustworthiness.
We do not offset patient ratings entered online with other quality indicators. The patient feedback therefore does not influence the scores or the ranking of the hospitals / clinics on our leaderboards. The senior doctor, very unfriendly and no patience with children. She was very annoyed because my child was afraid of being controlled, as a pediatrician you have to be better at dealing with children!

Unfortunately, the doctor we had was very insecure and didn't even have a clue how to put on a foot splint. They messed around with the sprained foot and didn't notice that it didn't fit. I made all the comments but they didn't get through, it was a children's splint and my son is 13

Had to wait a long time and had to ask if they hadn't forgotten us, and how long we have to wait? Could not give an answer. After 1.30 minutes I went home with my child without medical treatment. Bad that this exists in Switzerland.

Older nurses are unfriendly. Foreign names are assigned to a 2 bed room, Swiss get single occupancy as far as possible, though several rooms are empty.
But at least the younger forces are trying very hard.
Sometimes 10 people in a small room. The rooms have no ventilation yet, just window.
