They do not properly examine the child, and they practically do not give any information to the parents. Also, they are incapable of keeping a child sober.

My son was treated here for leukemia. Nurses are great and attentive. We were able to sleep here with our son without worries. I just blame the distance established by the chief doctors.

were left waiting in the treatment room for hours. When we noticed that after the last contact with the doctor, no one had come to take blood for another 30 minutes, we decided to leave because we no longer had any confidence that my daughter could be helped here

Unfortunately there is no other children's hospital in Baselland, all children have to go to Basel-Stadt. So far so good, but really, when I have to wait 4 hours for an X-ray, and at the reception it says: expect several HOURS of waiting time, why then are bills issued charging the EMERGENCY tariff?
