I came to Schaffhausen Hospital via my family doctor, was immediately greeted by the nursing staff and was taken to the machines and had blood taken for the lab, everything was quick and efficient, then the doctors came and questioned me, then I was told to be admitted for a check-up.

Absolutely catastrophic; 5 hours in the emergency room, all examinations were made only to later find out the CT was done incorrectly. The desired area of the liver and gallbladder was not scanned.
Transfer to the wrong room instead of a single room in a multi-bed room.

The surgery was performed by Dr. Stefan Preusser using the DaVinci robot. After waking up, I was greeted by the doctor himself, he did the surgery nerve-sparing.
