Op result good to very good. Staff unfriendly, very poor supervision, no communication, no patient support. About the surgery:
Had ALIF back surgery 4 months ago. 8 hours of surgery and night in the monitoring room, I felt left alone and didn't get any information on my questions, I didn't understand where I was and what happened to me. I was never asked how I was doing. (surgeon: Dr. Pietro Scarone)

The operation on the spinal cord was a success! The two Drs., Prof. R. Bernays and Dr. Ch. Woernle, took ample time before the operation to explain to me the options I had and afterwards about the healing process.
I did feel to be in very competent hands and experienced professionals. About the surgery:
Because of immense pain in the right leg, part of the spine had to be fixed in order to give the nerves more space.
The operation of roughly 2 hours went well and the recovery could start after a few days - physio treatment.
No complications afterwards at all! My anxieties turned to joy! (surgeon: Dr. Woernle Christoph)
