My experience at the Balgrist University Hospital was very positive in terms of the surgeons and senior specialists. The entire staff, from reception to hotelier and guest relations management to the nursing staff, were very courteous, friendly and competent!

A horror. Nurses examine patients, professors ghost patients, interns treat patients incorrectly, and you have to discuss everything. Reports have not been delivered and illness has not been confirmed. I will never go to the hand specialists and paraplegia department again

The surgery was not carried out as discussed in advance. The clinic staff is unfriendly and when a bed became available by the window (I suffer from vitamin D deficiency and was not allowed to get out of bed) I was refused the bed under the pretext “they don't want to clean twice”.
