The patient feedback therefore does not influence the scores or the ranking of the hospitals / clinics on our leaderboards. Poor communication between staff and family members: the reports are not read and or not forwarded, patient care like in the middle-age: very quickly the staff threatens with hard measures, such as fixation or forced medication for the purpose of sedation; staff seems overwhelmed;

Very different experiences with doctors, as a relative. The neurologist who arrived was condescending and had no interest in informing... Whereas the head of geriatric psychiatry was very correct and accommodating.
Nursing staff are sometimes derogatory...others are competent.

The private wheelchair cannot be found, which is of no interest to anyone, the nursing staff is more concerned with themselves than with the patients and the flow of information is poor. Incompetent and heartless, very sad.

Our father was fixed. Nobody came when they had to go to the bathroom. At noon he sat in front of breakfast because he had a shoulder injury and no one helped him. He lost 17 kg in 2 1/2 months. It would be even more if we hadn't helped him eat lunch every day.
