I was not taken seriously from the start. They were friendly, I cannot deny that, only as a patient who had an accident I would like more respect. Am very disappointed

We arrived tonight early 22th of July 2021 with a displaced shoulder with a fracture. The doctors and staff reacted fast and amazingly good. Even though the pain was unbearable, they did their best. Less than 2 hours later, the shoulder is in its place and the pain is gone! God bless you all! Thank you!!! 

About the surgery:

Even though it was a bloodless operation, the doctors did an EXCELLENT job and the anaesthesiologist THE SAME. He provided a general anaesthesia tor few minutes (to move the displaced shoulder back in its place) and the patient woken like she never slept. Truly, tonight I witnessed science in its BEST!!

Good: very good treatment by the doctors, pleasant, friendly atmosphere, professional care by nursing staff. Excellent food. Bad: iPad for TV / radio reception fiddly operation, poor quality, crashes, loose attachment for iPad to the dresser

Nursing staff overwhelmed, esp at night. Having complications after bladder cancer surgery, the catheter was blocked 4 times. After the third time, nobody was able to help me. Only after 4 hours a urologist came, resulting in an emergency op. More incidents followed. No more Leuggern Hospital.

3x Op Tur B in 3 hospital stays. At the 3rd time the bladder was perforated. Urine dropped into the pelvic area. I was discharged like this. After 2 days emergency with acute renal insufficiency. After another 2 days, I asked to be transferred to the KSB. After 2 hours I had emergency surgery (surgeon: Dr. Johannes Springer)

An emergency is actually not an emergency... the waiting time in the waiting room is over 1 hour!!! After that I come in an emergency room and no patients only 1! There I waited a long time again, but through the door you can see and hear the nursing staff laughing and chatting!
