I was in the clinic after heart surgery. The clinic is definitely in need of renovation. My father (78) was advised to undergo a double bypass operation on his heart. He and his relatives were told that it was a routine operation. He died 2 days after the operation from septic shock/multiple organ failure. In less than 3 weeks he would have become a grandfather.... About the surgery:

The night doctor doesn't care about the patient's condition. He only reacts when the situation escalates. What a pity.

Pulmonary vein isolation. According to the cardiologist, the procedure went well. My shoulder was probably handled incorrectly, which is why the pain is getting worse. An orthopedic examination is necessary and planned, but not in SG.

Birth: My wife gave birth in Bülach Hospital. Unfortunately, the doctors reacted too quickly and induced labor with hormones late in the evening. This was not necessary and the baby's heartbeat could have been monitored for a little longer and not just 35 minutes.

Insufficient information. Forced to leave the ICU in a very poor condition after heart surgery, only to be readmitted twice for emergencies. Absolutely unreasonable for the patient. Flat-rate billing says hello. About the surgery:

Employees are colder than a piece of ice. Not friendly at all. They pretend, but you can tell it doesn't come from the heart! If you call in an emergency, you are usually turned away! I'm really speechless! I've never seen anything like that!
