For me, it was the right decision to go to the Claraspital for my gynecological outpatient surgery. From reception to the recovery room to the anesthesia and surgery (which I didn't feel :-)), everything was perfectly organized, super friendly, and some of the staff were funny!

Left lying in a hospital nightgown for 7 hours in the ER WITHOUT a blanket, without water, rarely did anyone come by, my wishes were ignored. No medication for restlessness and no food either. When I put on my clothes and wanted to leave after 7 hours, the doctor told me I was being unfair.
