Was admitted as an emergency and was cared for very professionally and humanely. Would go back to Einsiedeln at any time

After the operation at the IMC there was a staff member who was very bold with patients and relatives, who had absolutely no patience and no sensitivity for the patient. If you asked him a question you would be answered in a cheeky way and treated as a fool.
