Because of an emergency diverticulum, my doctor sent me here just for an examination. On the ward I was alone in the room from Mon to Wed for over 23.5 hours. No one from the staff was ever there! Only to change the infusion 3x. Almost zero care for a cost of over 2000 francs.

Great, technically understandable doctors in urology. The nursing staff was top notch. The emergency department was a bit overwhelmed, even at reception. The team may not have worked together and left us sitting at the reception desk for a long time, as if we were in the room where we were being treated.

After a caesarean section, my wife has been complaining of pain when urinating since Wednesday. On Friday she was then discharged home without further checks.
On Saturday, then again going to the emergency where a kidney infection was found.

Very bad treatment by the nursing staff and inadequate pain therapy postoperatively, anesthesia consultation lasted 5 minutes. During the first contact after anesthesia, I was told off for having removed the oximeter from my finger. Cheeky answers and insinuations to questions.
