Understaffed. Child had to wait 10 minutes for the nurse to go to the toilet and pooped in bed. Mother and child were left alone in the toilet despite bleeding and diarrhea. Way to bed alone dripping blood and holding IV unaided. Gas after foreskin too hard.

From the emergency room to discharge, I was treated very lovingly, competently and calmly. In the old building of the eye clinic I was looked after very nicely by everyone and really by all nurses and other staff. I wish everyone a lot of joy in their valuable job!

Unnecessary long waiting times for medical examinations, or physicians are otherwise engaged and do not show up at all. Too many drugs after surgery, some of which are even unnecessary. Unfortunately you have to go back there again as you dont have the choice

Poorly organized and bad customer service! Even though my elderly dad had a scheduled appointment, he waited 3 hours for his consultation with the doctor! That’s insane! Interdisciplinary cooperation does not work at all. Stationary in neurology, rheumatologist was supposed to come, but refused the consultation. Left the hospital after 10 days with 5 outpatient appointments (examinations) which were previously planned as an inpatient.

I came here because of a bad eye. After 4 hours in the waiting area, I was told that my inflammation levels were not increased. After another hour I am now supposed to wait to get something for the infection, although there is no sign of inflammation detectable in the blood. doctor very unsympathetic
